01Scope
These terms govern your use of the website at gamb-tech.com and its subdomains, operated by Gambridge Technologies Ltd, Eria, P. Byrdone Street, Naxxar NXR 2320, Malta. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
These terms cover the website only. Services are governed by our service terms and by the individual engagement contract, which prevail over this page in the event of conflict.
02No offer and no advice
Content on this site is general information about our services. It is not an offer capable of acceptance, and it is not legal, regulatory, compliance, tax or investment advice. Statements about PCI DSS, security standards, certifications or any other framework describe engineering practice and may be outdated or simplified. Do not rely on them for a compliance decision; take advice on your own situation.
Figures, availability targets and timelines shown on the site are indicative summaries of past work and are not commitments. Binding commitments are only made in a signed contract.
03Permitted use
You may view, download and print pages from this site for your own business assessment of our services. You may not:
- copy, republish or redistribute substantial parts of the site without our written consent;
- use the site or its content to train a machine learning model or to build a competing service offering;
- scrape, crawl or harvest the site beyond ordinary search engine indexing, or place a load on it that interferes with other users;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its hosting environment or any connected system, or test its security without our prior written permission;
- introduce malicious code, or misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting us.
04Security research
We welcome good-faith vulnerability reports. Send them to hello@gamb-tech.com with enough detail to reproduce the issue, and give us a reasonable period to remediate before any disclosure. Do not access data that is not yours, do not degrade the service, and do not use denial of service, social engineering or physical techniques. Reports handled in that spirit will not be met with legal action from us.
05Intellectual property
The site, its design, text, diagrams and code are owned by Gambridge Technologies Ltd or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and related rights. No licence is granted beyond the permitted use described above. Our name, logo and the visual identity of this site may not be used without written consent. Third-party marks appear for identification purposes only and remain with their owners.
06Availability
We aim to keep the site available but provide it on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time, and we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in this section affects service levels agreed contractually for platforms we build or operate.
07Third-party links
Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience. We do not control them, do not endorse them, and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data. Your use of a linked site is subject to that site's own terms.
08Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill, data or anticipated savings, and for any indirect or consequential loss, arising from use of or reliance on this website. Our aggregate liability in connection with the website is limited to EUR 1,000.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Liability arising from our services is dealt with in the service terms and in the individual contract, not here.
09Business use
This site is directed at businesses. It is not intended for consumers, and it is not intended for use where local law would make its content unlawful. If you access it from outside Malta, you are responsible for compliance with local law.
10Changes and governing law
We may amend these terms; the version published here at the time of your visit applies. These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of Malta, and the courts of Malta have exclusive jurisdiction.
